Spring is in the Air
Spring is my favourite time of year. The world takes on a new look with fresh flowers and blossoms, and my yard transforms from a bleak brown garden into a lush green oasis.
The mild spring weather we have been having has allowed me to start outdoor portrait sessions early this year, and I am happy to say that my garden is now ready to be used for photos.
The weather is warming up so it is time to book outdoor sessions now. If you love the beach May and June are my favorite months when there are wild spring flowers, low tides and less busy.
Bridging the Gap
Mother’s Day is fast approaching, and what Mother or Grandmother wouldn’t want a timeless portrait of the ones they love. I think it’s a great idea to include grandparents in your family photos to get generational pictures and to capture special moments of the children with their grandparents.
Graduation
Spring is also Grad time. I do have a few cap and gowns in my studio. It is nice to get a family photo with your grad in cap and gown, suit or dress and casual attire. This session is often done in my studio/garden so that it is easy to change clothes and keep clean.
Great Idea for a gift
I do have gift certificates available in any amount. These are great baby shower gifts, never returned photos are keepsakes cherished forever. Gift certificates can work for brides too if they are booked with me, they can put it towards product for their wall or an heirloom album.
