Sam started her wedding day at The Parlour Spa Salon in Langley having her makeup done. Sam’s bridesmaids and mom had both hair and makeup professionally done at The Parlour in a tranquil spa setting. Next, we headed to Langley Golf and Banquet to get ready in their bridal room. Sam’s long time hair dresser Amber Mclean styled her romantic updo. Raj Bains www.didisflowers.com delivered all the flowers to the venue in the morning. This is helpful for my detail images and all the photos that I can squeeze in before the ceremony.
It was very convenient for the guests that the ceremony and reception were all at one location, Langley Golf and Banquet. Due to the rain the ceremony was set up inside Langley Golf’s Crystal room featuring high ceilings and huge windows with a beautiful view of the golf course. Christina Nelsen, champagnedreams.ca did an amazing job decorating the room, I love the chair covers.
Sam and Spencer’s wedding ceremony was conducted by Rev. Brent Sheppard www.heyrev.com Sam had tears of joy but Brent has a way to lighten the room adding joy and laughter making the ceremony enjoyable and memorable. The couple and wedding party went off to take their photos at Kwantlen college where we had shelter from the rain but also a nice variety of backdrops. Having yellow as the wedding colour was perfect for the spring, it really brightened up the photos. Back to Langley Golf to take some family photo on the grand stair case. The large Sapphire Ballroom at Langley Golf is perfect for a wedding reception. Lots of natural light and a big dance floor. Champagne Dreams did an amazing job. I loved the colour scheme for the room. The unique wedding cake was made by Sweet Thea Cakes in Langley.
It was a wonderful evening full of great food, some tears but mostly laughter and happily ever after as they danced the night away.
Congratulations Samantha & Spencer White! It was an honour to photograph your special day!
Thank you
