Morgan Creek is a beautiful setting for wedding as it boasts perfectly manicured gardens, and their waterfall and fountain provide the perfect backdrop to any photo. Their grounds also contain a beautiful pond with a bridge big enough for wedding party photos, and in the spring and summer there are flowers in and around the pond. The fall is equally beautiful due to the colourful Maple Trees.
There is no need for the bride and groom to leave the ground between ceremony and reception, as all the wedding photos can be done on site. This allows the couple to spend more time with their guests. It is also convenient to take the family photos in the garden before heading into the reception. There are big trees framing the lush private ceremony space, and plenty of room for guests to be seated and view the ceremony up a level higher on the tiered garden.
After the ceremony has commenced and the reception begins, the banquet room in the club house is a photogenic room and has stunning views of their award winning golf course and the North Shore mountains beyond. The guests will also enjoy mingling on the deck overlooking the grounds and is a perfect place for taking candid photos.
When dinner arrives, I love to photograph the banquet buffet it is elegantly displayed and the food is fabulous!
